The increasing amount of mobile devices may lead to aching shoulders and back. The phone, iPad, tablet and laptop may be handy to stay updated with the happenings in the world, it may turn out to be a challenge for your body – that you can feel through back and shoulder pains. Do you take care on how you are sitting and staring to the screen? Most people don’t. The price of this all can be felt and may lead to discomfort in a later age. The solution is simple: take care of your posture, don’t over-use the smartphone, tablet or laptop and exercise throughout the day. Or leave those things alone and enjoy life meeting people in reality!

In a way, the smaller touch screens also reportedly are the cause of aching fingers or wrists as they are forced to be cramped typing in the copy. Earlier that was called RSI (repetitive strain injury), something many people seem to have forgotten about. Also soft tissue and joints may wear out easier. Did you know Omega3 may contribute to easing up  these complaints?
